How do I return an item?
Refunds and Exchanges
Little Ladybird carefully checks all products upon dispatch, however, in the unlikely event, if stock is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund. Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Postage charges are not refundable unless the product is found to be faulty.
Loss or Damage In Transit
Little Ladybird uses Regular Australia Post as its delivery method to its customers unless the registered postage option is selected. It is highly recommended that you select registered postage especially during busy times of the year such as Easter and Christmas. In the unlikely event of a package being delayed or not arriving at all, please contact us so we can discuss the issue. Please note that all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post and Little Ladybird will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit. However we will assess each issue on a case by case basis.
