All prices are published in Australian Dollars and includes GST. Little Ladybird reserves the right to change pricing on any item at anytime without notice.

Due to unforseen cicumstances items may be out of stock. Should this occur, you will be contacted immediately via email. You will be asked whether you would like to cancel your order, choose an alternative item or where possible, back order your item.

Little Ladybird carefully checks all products upon dispatch, however, in the unlikely event, if stock is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to dicuss an exchange or refund. Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Postage charges are not refundable unless the product is found to be faulty.

Little Ladybird uses Regular Australia Post as its delivery method to its customers. In the unlikely event of a package being delayed or not arriving at all, please contact us so we can discuss the issue.  Please note that all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at Australia Post and Little Ladybird will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit. However we will assess each issue on a case by case basis.
